Developed over eight years, the project documents this agricultural powerhouse and raises urgent questions about food, energy, and the climate crisis.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"898\">Its placement in the <strong data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"512\">Dairy Farming Museum in Bohinj<\/strong> creates a unique dialogue: between the local tradition of alpine herding, which has shaped life in Bohinj for centuries, and the industrial cattle ranching in Brazil, which today defines the global future of food.
