The forum offers an opportunity for in-depth conversations with the festival’s selected authors, reflections on their projects, the challenges of contemporary documentary photography, and how local stories intertwine with global questions.

Two roundtables will take place, moderated by:

• Lučka Kajfež Bogataj – climatologist, IPCC member, and co-recipient of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize
• Nika Perne – curator, producer, and expert collaborator in the field of light art and documentary photography
