Screenings OKO 2025 and Square Mile (The VII Foundation)

By the evening fire at Hotel Bohinj, with the scent of roasted chestnuts in the air, we gather for a special festival moment. The night continues with screenings of 10 selected projects from the OKO 2025 Open Call and the international program Square Mile (The VII Foundation).

As part of OKO 2025, the following photographers will present their work: Cordero, Charlie (CO), Escobar, Sara (MX), Kallai, Marton (HU), Kapš, Petra (SI), Ndbeo, Guerchom (CD), Nguyễn, Lê Quyên (DE), Olwage, Lee-Ann (ZA), Parra Rios, Carlos (CO), Renaud, Phillipe (CA) and Saadati, Kianoush (IR).

Square Mile features: Doug Barret (US), Tatsiana Chypsanava (NZ/BY), Jordan Gale (US), Amina Kadous (EG), Oyewole Lawal (NG), Alejandra Orosco (PE), Ranita Roy (IN), Chinky Shukla (IN), Mitar Simikić (BA), Pablo Vergara (CL), Ela Zdešar (SI) and Pablo Albarenga (BR/UY).

Square Mile is an initiative of VII Community, a program of The VII Foundation in collaboration with PhotoWings. It is an international platform bringing together photographers from around the world to explore the intersections of personal, local, and global narratives. This edition, curated by Ron Haviv, Suzie Katz, and Nika Perne, presents twelve authorial projects.
